Our Staff

Robbins & Lloyd Career Training Institute prides itself on the outstanding quality of its staff. Our administrative staff membe are known for their knowledge, caring and helpfulness. We are honored to have some of the most knowledgeable and experienced professionals teaching for our Institute. Our instructors feel strongly, as do we, that student understanding is a requisite part of the teaching process. We are always anxious to hear from our students with both compliments and suggestions as to how we can improve our product.

Administrative Staff
Macaluso, Jennie Ruditys
Director of Business Operations: Jennie has a wealth of real estate experience starting in 1988 with the Trammell Crow Milwaukee Commercial Division. Most recently, she served as President of Mandel Property Services, Inc., the property and asset management arm of Mandel Group, Inc. With both commercial and residential real estate combined, she has over 18 years of experience. Her degree is a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and she is a Wisconsin Licensed Real Estate Broker. She respectfully served as the 2004 Co-chair of the WCREW Programming Committee and was Vice President and an organizing member of the Wisconsin Chapter of Community Associations Institute. She currently serves as Executive Director for the Apartment Association of Southeastern Wisconsin. She is approved by the State of Wisconsin to teach real estate pre-licensing and continuing education.
Machesky, Sherry Lin
Director of Education: Ms. Machesky is a licensed real estate broker in Wisconsin. She has 24 years experience with the institute. She was a classroom teacher at the Institute for more than 6 years and remains a state approved instructor.
Ruditys, Christopher
Owner/Administrator: Chris Ruditys is a graduate of the University Wisconsin Whitewater with a degree in public relations. He started out as the lobbyist for the Milwaukee Board of Realtors in September of 1991 and worked with the commercial investment committee. In the process of working with the commercial investment committee, he moved rapidly to form the Commercial Association of Realtors (formerly the Southeastern Wisconsin Commercial Association of Realtors) and soon assumed responsibility for six other real estate trade associations. Mr Ruditys is also very active in the real estate community thru his own transactions. He is a member of the American Society of Account Executives and Wisconsin Society of Account Executives.

Fagerland, Bill
Continuing Education Instructor: With a degree in education and a former teacher, Mr. Fagerland is a practicing real estate broker with over 25 years of experience. He is a Certified Real Estate Specialist (CRS) as well as an Approved Buyer Agent (ABR).

Pre-Licensing Instructor: Mr. German is a practicing attorney who received his degree from Marquette University. He is also a licensed real estate broker in Wisconsin.
